We offer an international artist residency that encourages collaboration with Thai artists and community engagement, using art as a tool for social and environmental transformation.
Our workshops, exhibitions and performances explore how culture can inspire action on climate issues and strengthen community resilience. In partnership with Na Projects and SATI Foundation, we also host youth programs focused on creative expression, mindfulness and preventive healthcare.
In 2025, we expanded our offerings with mindfulness activities, including sound baths, meditation and tea ceremonies, inviting visitors to slow down, reconnect and find balance.

Japanese photographer, Kodo Chijiiwa, stays at the Bangkok 1899 Artist Residency during January 9-31, 2026, researching and developing his new photography project in Thailand.
