Eat Play Root Fest is a festival of meaningful experiences, inviting everyone to reconnect with themselves, one another, and nature through thoughtfully curated workshops, nourishing food, and heartfelt conversations.

Inspired by the philosophy of Deep Ecology, the festival is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: "We all have enough to share." 

 Beyond the Community Meal—the festival highlight (available exclusively for the first 30 registered participants)—there's so much more to explore!

Join us across three immersive experience zones:

Gratitude
Three unique workshops designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters in life. Together, we'll cultivate gratitude, appreciation, and joy for the goodness of life, nature, and the world we share.

Honoring Our Pain for the World
A reflective workshop that begins with food and gently guides us inward—exploring the emotions we often hide, embracing our shared vulnerability, and transforming those feelings into compassion and the motivation to care for one another.

Seeing with New Eyes
Three craft food workshops inviting you to slow down, awaken your senses, and savor food made with intention. Connect with fellow food lovers, rediscover ancestral wisdom, and celebrate the gifts of the Earth—allowing food to bring our hearts back to the love of this living planet.

We'll conclude with Going Forth, a community dialogue where we'll exchange ideas and imagine together the kind of communities and cities we hope to create.
